Eight more inches of snow yesterday and two more this morning puts us just over 90 inches for the winter. We were hoping to hit 100 inches by Christmas Day but we can’t have everything, ha,ha.
Christmas Cookies – Deb, Nicole and Terak had fun making Christmas Cookies and Terak’s Uncle Mike stopped over to try them out.
Todays picture is one Nicole took of me yesterday as I was hauling more snow to the backyard for Terak’s Sledding hill. This picture sure doesn’t look like much snow because two weeks ago we got a 50 degree day and it actually rained all day melting much of our first 40 inches of snow. That still leaves 50 inches of snow and it don’t look like even 25 inches on the ground. Most of our snow so far has been that fluffy dry lake effect snow . So after 20 inches of that light snow settles it ends up being about 5 inches or less. I have a lot of fun plowing my own driveway hauling it outback.
Now Terak can enjoy my snowhills.
Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and were so excited for Terak because now at Three years old he is really going to have fun opening gifts.
Even Nicole still gets so excited Christmas morning and we can see the little girl in her as she remembered all the wonderful Christmas’s we had together over the years. She still loves Christmas .
Have a great Monday !!
