I painted the second coat on some of the Cat d9-G dozer this morning. Now I am busy working on the rear of the new grader model. I have the rear axles in place and the rear 8 tires mounted to the rear lower frame piece of steel. I am now working on the rear bumper . By tonight I should have the rear frame built up enough to build and mount the fenders . Then I will build the rear radiator housing . This looks like another fun machine to build a detailed model of.
Another day of warm weather and drizzle. The snow is still melting.
The locals are doing a daily snowdance to try to get it to get cold and start snowing again. The week between Christmas and New Years brings over a million dollars to northern Michigan if we have lots of snow.
YOU TUBE – I like to go to www.youtube.com and watch video clips of truck pulls, tractor pulls, monster trucks, dunebuggies in the dunes, old music videos, etc.
With our old connection we could never do that. Now that we have a faster connection when Nicole comes home over the holidays we are going to try to put some short video clips on my webpage. They would be of me on my JD tractor, me in my workshop, me on the snowmobile, me in my Corvette, me opening my presents , me riding in the mines in the monster truck, me in the monster Terex Shovel , me in my speedo , ME, ME, ME, basically videos of ME !!!!! . LOL , JUST KIDDING, I’m sure I will have one of Deb waiting on me, one of Nicole at the mall, and one of Bill gutting out a deer, ha,ha.
