Beautiful Sunset- Deb and I have enjoyed many sunsets over the years but this has got to be one of the most beautiful sunsets for me, ha,ha.
Health Tip- Don’t sneeze in your hands ? Deb and i went to the store today and we counted five people who sneezed in their hands and then grabbed the shopping cart. And the lady in the checkout lane sneezed in her hand just before she picked up the pen to sign her name . The same pen everyone has to use. After 25 years of being around pre-schoolers , that was one of the first things Deb always taught the kids. We have a velcro wrap that goes on our shopping cart handle everytime we get a cart. We know it cuts down on our illnesses.
WHATS FOR SUPPER – Chinese food tonight , Deb is making sweet and sour Ramen noodles , yum (:>).
Race Day- Deb and I ran and walked together today and we are cutting the training back now until race day to be in great shape . Now I know I can do it, I don’t want to over do it after 10 days of running in a row.
Rimpull Coal Hauler rear frame – I worked on the rear frame of the Rimpull tractor . Next will be the design of the rear fenders .
