Bone Daddy’s Barbecue- Todays picture shows me eating some of the best ribs I have ever tasted. It isn’t luck either because the last several years owners Bill and Kim Wall from Midland , Michigan have gone to Las Vegas and participated in the National Barbecue Competition . The last three years they have won first place !! So last week when we were downstate I just had to stop in and get a slab of ribs. I didn’t get anything else but ribs.
I thought they were not overdone , just the right texture, not too smoky , just the right smoke taste and not too spicy on the sauce, a perfect balance of sweet and spicy together.
Just the right crunch and doneness made them perfect ribs. YUM !!!
I am going to make a point to stop everytime I go near Midland and get another slab of their delicious ribs !!!
The place is small for dining inside , and the two people behind the counter were very friendly and we gave it a rating of 10 out of 10 !!
They told us this month they go to Vegas and compete again and hopefully win first place again. My only regret is I never looked this place up before , ha,ha. Good Luck to Bone Daddy’s Barbecue , be sure to watch it on TV .
