Cat no. 16 grader progress- The operators station will be completed this afternoon . Next I will work on the two rear side mounted air cleaners and the exhaust stack. Then the rear frame construction . If all goes well, it should be all roughed in by this Fri. I am very happy with the detail and shape of it so far. It’s a cool looking old grader.
HOUGH PAYDOZER DESIGN- I worked on the first designs for the wheelbase and scaled it to the tires I will be using. Probably Tues. of next week I will cut out the first parts for it.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE- The Komatsu excavator is only one block from our yard now and I mowed my lawn for the last time this morning before it is covered up with dirt from the center of the road. But it will be well worth it to have nice looking curbs and gutters.
