Darrell and Dominion Shovel in Canada

Here is cool picture of a nice old shovel with Darrell standing by it. Darrell was training operators last week on a brand new LeTourneau L-1850 Loader . He operates one everyday in the mines, but he also works for LeTourneau helping train new operators on brand new loaders. He said he really enjoys it and enjoys seeing new mines and playing on new machines.
Our weather has now turned warm with above freezing temps. It’s about 40 degrees and they are saying rain is heading our way for later today. I saw the snowmobile trail looked a little muddy this morning when i drove by it. If it does rain, the trails will go bad real fast and the ski resorts will lose much of their snow base.
Cat D-9G Blade Progress- If all goes well, by tonight I could have the blade roughed in. Tues. noon I should have everything done and ready to start the fianl body work and sanding. It looks good for primer and painting the parts on Wed.
