We had a nice 6 hour drive back to Northern Michigan. We stopped in Hudson, Mi. for lunch and then we stopped in Mason, Mi. at D&G Equipment for my John Deere Battery. One last stop in Rosebush, Mi. for gas and it was non-stop to Gaylord.
The weather was snowy for much of the drive but we did not have to drive in any icy or slippery conditions.
Our first stop once we reached Gaylord was the Post Office. We had lots of mail after being away a full week.
Then we drove home and we had a 2 foot snowdrift in front of the garage door. Deb did not think we could drive through it, so she got out of the car. I backed up and then put it in drive and gunned it. Deb was shaking her head , but I made it with ease, ha,ha.
Then i grabbed the shovel and went out and started shoveling. Then I shoveled the front porch and found a box under the snow. It was 12 more off-road tires I have been waiting for. Oh Yea!!
Four more inches of snow in the forecast again for tonight .
