Nicole’s Baby Shower- Tomorrow is Nicol’s baby shower so on our way Deb spotted a nice little Cat truck along the road and asked to stop and check it out. Although we were on a schedule I decided it would be ok, ha,ha.
Running in the Hills of Washington D.C.- ROUGH !!! Even after running for over a year now I headed out for a run this morning in the rolling hills of Northern Va. and it was ROUGH !! Really ROUGH !!
Just four days to race day and I am wondering if I can even do it or not. I know this old worn out body does have it’s limits and it would be sad to seriously injure myself without good training in the hills. I got four more days to run in the hills and by then i will know for sure if i can or cannot do it. Especially if it is very hot. But it is all good because it continues to keep me focused on eating better.
