DHS DIECAST TOY SHOW/ OPEN HOUSE – Todays picture shows the almost roughed in 1/12th scale model of my O&K Terex RH-400 Mining Shovel Model. It isn’t even completed yet and I think this is my favorite so far. In less than two weeks this model will be all painted and detailed and sitting in Cleveland at Chuck Swords Open House near Cleveland along with the Liebherr R9800 Mass excavator model that is very close to this size. Tomorrow I hope to finish building the last parts and start the painting progress .
This model is going to Va. to a collector who already owns two of my other larger shovel models. He will be picking up both of these shovels and adding them to his very unique one of a kind collection.
