Don Campbell completes sanded parts for Rimpull Coal Hauler Truck Model.

Rimpull Parts ready for Primer- Todays picture shows the wheels and the dissasembled parts all sanded . Tomorrow I will heat up the little paint room out back and get all the parts primed.
Then wet sand them all and Wed. begin painting them.
MORE RAIN FOR GAYLORD- Despite a fourth day of rain I managed to sneak out and get my 5K run done before it started pouring again. Just 6 more days and I will hit my next personal goal of running 50 days of 5K’s ! (:>).
People are telling me I should not be running everyday , but it feels good and I have no pains . Other people are telling me I should increase my distance to 5 or 8 miles once a week. But no thanks to that. Not until I shed 20 more lbs. It is just too hard on the knees to push it that hard too soon. My little relaxing 5K’s are perfect every morning to get me back in shape at my own pace. (:>).
My next 5K race is in Florida in Feb. with Nicole and Bill and I should be able to beat my very first ever race time of 28:18 that I ran a few weeks ago in Arlington , Va.
Besides after training now in cold weather clothes, once I get to Florida I can run with light clothes again I should be able to go like the wind, ha,ha.
NOTHING ON THE MENU – Deb has shut down the kitchen and we’re pretty much eating leftovers. The small portions sizes we are eating last forever so Deb only has to cook about three days a week, ha,ha.
Hitachi EX-8000 Paint – I bought the Factory Hitachi Orange and Hitachi Grey paint already for the next model project. I will start scaling up the design for the Hitachi EX-8000 this week and should get the first parts cut out by the end of this week.
Have a Great Monday
