Another cool thing to see at Glenn’s antique heavy equipment museum , ha,ha, was this half scale crane all made out of wood. At first I thought it was attached to the truck , but it is just sitting on the back of this mint condition flatbed with 3000 original miles on it. The old truck has been kept inside since it was brand new and is just as solid as it was new.

Cat no.16 grader progress- I got the front frame finished up and next I will get started on building the seat, the control panels , the levers, etc.
Rainy Season- Our road out front is under water with two days of heavy rain. It doesn’t seem to stop people from driving on it . We are getting some pretty good sized waves splashing into our yard, ha,ha.
We can’t believe how many people continue to drive
around, not one , but TWO – ( ROAD CLOSED ) signs and drive right down several blocks of road construction right next to the working scrapers, dozers, excavators !! DUH !! One lady came flying down the sidewalk in her car when the scraper was heading towards her. They are a little on the goofy side. They don’t even live in this area, but they don’t want to go two blocks around out of their way.
BIG SCREEN TV DIED LAST NIGHT- We have had a 52″ tv for 15 years. Five years ago it had the big one and died . We had the repairman give it CPR and it came back to life for just $200.00.
Now it is looking like we will be sending it to the old outside TV Museum, as it is going to cost several hundred to revive it again.
We will go later this week and look for a new one. , but I’m not sure why . 99 % of the crap on TV isn’t worth watching . I do like the Discovery Channel and the History and weather channel once in a while and monsterjam,(:>)
The last time the TV quit, we went three years before we got it fixed. That is how little we think of TV. Not sure if I could go three years now without watching Monster Jam , LOL !!
Tomorrow I’ll post a few pics of the brand new Michigan Oufitters/ Pro Bass Shop that just opened in Mackinaw City . My Nephew was co-designer in the building of it. It is a very cool looking place .
