LIEBHERR BOOM CONSTRUCTION- I got a E-mail yesterday from Leon in Va. Leon is the collector waiting til July to take delivery of this monster model . He said he is very happy with the progress so far and is excited to see it taking shape. Todays picture shows the now welded together boom section attached to the yesterdays welded stick section. There are still over 100 more parts that wil be added to this section of the model before it is completed. Inside the boom and stick there are several pieces of steel welded in to keep the two structures good and strong. Tonight I will be close to getting the second track frame assembled.
KFC GRILLED CHICKEN- Deb and I been walking by the KFC Resturaunt on our nightly walks and we saw they had a new style of chicken called ( grilled Chicken ) So we stopped last night and got a few pieces to bring home. Actually it was pretty good and not as greasy (:>). Last time we ate there , the grease was dripping off my chin, umm !! ha,ha.
TWENTY YEARS OF WAITING IS OVER TODAY !! Tonight Deb and I will be going to the new Meijers Store . I’m sure if we see the store manager we will be approaching him and finding out why this has taken 20 years !! , LOL Should be fun having our own Gaylord Meijers Store.
TWELVE INCHES OF SNOW – We only got about a inch of snow this morning, but up north of us in the Upper Penusula they got over 12 inches of snow last night.
THE BUTTERTONS – There is a commercial on TV called the Butterton family, and it shows the family all with a baked potato and a full stick of butter sticking out of each potato (:>). Deb and Nicole and I only eat real butter , none of that low cal fake stuff . Last time we were at Nicole’s she really did put 4 whole sticks of butter in her garlic mashed potatos. So Deb and I always see that commercial and laugh and say we really are the buttertons , ha,ha. Oh, plus she adds two lbs. of cheese too , umm . They are delicious !!
