Don Campbell Museum – Todays picture shows Kathie and Leon enjoying touring the Don Campbell Museum . Over the years many people ask me about coming to see my models and wonder if I have a small museum at my house or in our town somewhere. Because we are located in such a remote location in the middle of nowhere in Northern Michigan we thought it would be handier to have the museum more centrally located , ha,ha.
I’ll post more pics soon of the largest collection of my one of a kind monster static models in the world in the museum .
It is very exciting seeing so many of them in one place. Most toy shows I ever displayed them at I only took two large ones to show on the display tables because of their large size. At the museum there are 30 of them on display.
Opening day is still a ways off but eventually I will post hours to visit the museum (:>).
Cat 657E – I should have the parts all sanded and primed this weekend . Next week i will paint all the parts and also go purchase the first pieces of steel to begin the Diesel Train Model.
Fall Leaves- The colors are a changing in the forest. With these cold nights were getting some great looking fall colors.
