Mining Equipment News- Todays picture from Don Campbell’s shop shows Don just attaching the 8 hydraulic cylinders. Now it is just beginning to look like a massive machine. None of the details have been built yet, but it is starting to look good .
Next to be worked on is the bucket teeth .
NORTHERN MICHIGAN PRISONS CLOSING – The Gaylord Herald Times Paper in Gaylord this week had a article saying two area prisons will be closing this fall to cut state budget expenses.
My thoughts would be with everyone out of work in Michigan , crime will be rising and we should be building on to the prisons ??
Then we got a area fish hatchery getting a million dollars to put a roof over the fish this summer ??
DEB WORKS TODAY- Today i am getting a lot done in the shop because Deb is watching pre-schoolers today and I don’t have to wait on her all day , ha,ha.
She also works tomorrow , but then after tomorrow she has the next 12 days off !! So I’m going to be Very Busy for 12 days !!, ha,ha,ha.
National Cherry Festival in Traverse City- Deb and I love going to the Cherry Festival too , and it really feels like summer then in Northern Michigan to us.
