Fort St. James B.C. Canada Forklift and long time blog friend Ivan to Don Campbell’s webpage.

Ivan from Fort St. James B.C. – Yesterday I got a nice E-mail from Ivan who works in B.C. at a large sawmill. Ivan said he has enjoyed being a regular visitor to my daily blog for several years now and enjoys the variety of pictures I post. He is a HD mechanic around the sawmill. He also said he feels he really knows me from following each days and weeks posts.
Here is one of several pictures he sent me. This is a very cool lift truck they use at the mill.
Funny how I immediately look first at the tires , then the frame shape and then the loader arms and lift cylinders and the curve in the forks , etc. as if it was my next model project and how I would go about building it. This would be another very doable model for me to build in 1/12th or 1/1o or even 1/8th scale.
Thanks Ivan for the cool pics.
HEY DEB ? WHAT’S FOR SUPPER – Tonight on the menu Deb has Alaskan Pecan Crusted Salmon , Homeade seasoned sweet potato baked potato chips , garden fresh green bean cassarole , peach cobbler and to wash it all down some raspberry teas, yummy!
CAUTION ! Small portions only ! Large portions may be deadly (:<)
NINE DAYS OF RUNNING 5K- Today is my ninth day in a row of running every morning the 5K training course. But seems my body has stopped cooperating and i have not lost anymore weight for several days . I am stuck at 25 lbs weight loss. But I know the other 15 lbs. will come off and I will then get serious about running for faster times.
First Carmel Apple – Deb and I stopped and bought our first delicious Carmel apple at Bruces Alpine Chocolate Haus. We shared it as not to overdo it. It was yummy !!
Rimpull Tandem Trailer Coal Hauler- I got the front bumper built and attached last night . Tomorrow I will begin the design for the cab.
Have a Great Sunday and remember Jesus is the reason for this beautiful Fall Season Too.
