Toy Truck – Todays picture shows the hood and radiator removed as the front bumper construction continues. Also you can see the early progress on the rear box . You can see a dozen pieces of 1/4″ square key stock that will be used on the first side of the box. This picture also shows the safety railings and the ladder and the mirrors attached. I am pleased how it is looking so far.
STEAKS ON THE GRILLE- Yesterday I grilled up the first
Filet mignons steaks on the grille. UMM !! They just melted in your mouth . We got 4 left over for later this week in a steak sandwich, (:>) Oh Yea !! Along with some garlic, cheese , buttered mash potatos, now we’re talkin, ha,ha. We’re also talkin Lots of Calories, ha,ha.
Seventy one days of counting calories – We are still doing excellent at counting everything we eat. We have cut our daily calories by 70% . Although the scales don’t reward us, we do feel much better eating better choices and not stuffing ourselves and almost feeling sick when we leave the table.
50 DEGREES – Today it is supposed to hit 50 degrees again !!, but we got tons of snow and no grass in sight for a while yet.
CORVETTE- I did start up the Vette yesterday and drove it down the street and back and let it run a while after sitting all winter. It is always fun in the spring to get the Vette, Cadillac and the motorhome out of storage , it’s almost like we get new cars, ha,ha.
No chance at RECOVERY !!- People who are in charge of these large companies and have run them into the ground should have been fired before any bailouts were handed out. These people are losers and now they are proving it. Now they all want more bailouts .
America can’t recover until new people who do know how to manage money are put in charge. And to think they are all getting million dollar bonuses besides and the average American struggles just to survive. Very Sad
