Case IH / Flex wing mower seat- Todays picture is me at the Otsego County Airport on Sat. enjoying the beautiful weather with Deb and also having fun watching the air show. We did not want to sit on the grass so we decided to use the flex wing mower as a seat. (:>).
Weightwatchers – Deb and I continue to count points but to be honest it is starting to get a little boring. After a couple months there aren’t very many choices a person can have and still keep in the point numbers. This is the reason most diets don’t work, it isn’t because were hungry, or that we don’t like the healthier food, it just gets boring after while. Veggies, salads , and cabbage soup is great for about 60 days but then you kinda hit a wall (:<).
Deb and I were up early walking and running in a light rain this morning knowing we need to ( GET R DONE ) and we are always happy we do it. We know if we weren’t we would be 20 lbs. heavier .
Just part of the weighloss process to have the not so exciting feelings once in a while too and work through them.
As I sit here I am munching on 10 low calorie baked scoops filled with home ade thick spicy salsa Deb makes , yum !! That I have not got tired of and it is very low calorie and yummy.
Engineer Day at the Soo Locks- This Friday is the day the public can walk across the lock gates and see the locks from a view rarely seen . Deb and I have always wanted to do that but she was always watching daycare kids. So I just may have to play hooky on Friday and drive the 1.5 hours up and have fun and then stop at St. Ignace at the car show on the way back and enjoy the sights there too.
Then I will work on the P&H 5700 model Sat. and Sunday .
It’s getting crunch time to get the model done in the next four weeks to deliver to Cleveland to the DHS Diecast Open House/ Toy Show.
Buckely Steam Engine Show and Walloon Lake Steam Engine Show are two places we will go in Aug. and enjoy the old machinery that are only a hour drive from us .
