Buffalo Wild Wings- Deb and I decided to dine out for lunch today at the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Gaylord. Even though our $50.00 gift card had not arrived yet, we decided to splurge and pay for a meal for a change, ha,ha.
Driving in to the parking lot was weird , the dumpsters are all facing you when you drive in. All the employees cars are parked there so it looks like that is the entrance. People were parking there and could not figure out where to go in at.
I drove around the back and that was the front. We saw several people walking around back and forth not knowing how to get inside after we sat down.
Once we entered the resturaunt the Music was so LOUD the waitress had to nearly yell to us to be seated.
Deb gave me that look and I knew she was thinking this was a big mistake. I mean it was LOUD music !! It was so loud instead of talking to each other we just texted each other lol
The 30 or so big screen tvs were pretty cool although you had to turn your head sideways left or right to watch any of them. I was facing the one wall with no tv’s but I did not dare ask Deb to change seats with me, ha,ha. There was no sound on the TV’s , you just read peoples lips ? I guess. (:>)
Ok, we made it though the first stages and now I was ready to order some excellent wings !! at a place called Buffalo Wild Wings they had to be the best wings in WORLD.
Deb ordered a burger and some onion rings. The waitress was nice and the wait for our food was not bad at all. We could not hear what she was saying so we just smiled and knodded our heads like we could hear her, ha,ha,ha.
After 15 minutes our order came and it was exactly what we had ordered. Deb texted me to tell me her burger was just ok , nothing special and i texted her back that my wings were over cooked and dry and tough. She smiled at me across the table and I returned the smile. The next text read

She says that when she thinks I screwed up. tee, hee
The fries and onion rings were better than the burger or the wings so we didn’t totally strike out.
I’m sure most of the problem was US , two old people going to a sports bar , ugh ??
It is definately for a younger drinking crowd.
I’m sure the wings are much better after a few beers and if your football team is playing who cares what anything tastes like lol
We did not ask for the old folks discount and we gave the waitress the full tip because she was very nice and prompt.
As we were walking out a little old lady was being wheeled in a wheelchair by her daughter and Deb was tempted to grab the wheelchair and stop her. ha,ha.
On the way home our ears were still ringing but we did manage to tell each other that the $50.00 free meal card we just ordered will now be donated to Nicole and Bill for a date night while they are home on the next visit, ha,ha.
It was fun and we now have a funny memory everytime we drive by the Gaylord Buffalo Wild Wings.
As far as wings go, Gobblers in Gaylord are experts on Turkey but I love their crunchy chicken wings , they are the best.
