Gaylord Downtown Pavillion – for the last several weeks Deb and I have tried to make one stop at the Gaylord Farmers Market under the Pavillion. One of our favorite stops is always Friske Orchard’s table.
This picture shows Sam on the left with his Mom and Dad and part of their weekly table assortment. To the left of the picture they also have fresh pies and cookies and donuts but we don’t go there. ha,ha. Really, we don’t! anymore (:>).
Anyway, Sam is always all smiles and so friendly to everyone I wanted to put his picture on my webpage today. They are a great Christian family and Sam is a very nice young man.
RUNNERS WORLD – Today I ran my 36th 5K run and my goal is to run 50 of them before the snow flies. If I can get 14 more mornings without ice and snow I could do it. I am very surprised I have done so well running. My high blood pressure is now gone and all my aches and pains are now gone. I’m not saying the first four weeks was pain free, but I am saying now after three months I have no pains. I also stretch and exercise for 30 minutes every morning before I head out the door to run. It is just awesome !!
Hey Deb !! What’s for Supper ??- Breaded Pork Chops and stuffing and toasted ciabotti cheese bread. yum !! But no dessert tonight.
Rimpull Coal Hauler – Today I worked in the shop all day and got the four bottom dump trailer doors cut out and attached to the hinges.
Have a great Saturday !!
