Groundhog Day with Bill Murray – Every morning at 6:00am I wake up to the rumble of our house as the city snowplows go by scraping the fresh fallen snow. In the last 14 days it has snowed 12 of those mornings. And the two days it didn’t snow I was busy shoveling the wet snow off my roofs. Today we got another 4 or 5 inches of wet snow and two more snowstorms on the way. My roofs are heavy with more wet snow again. Cabin Fever is what we are getting a case of mostly because of lack of sunshine. We don’t care if it is below zero or gail force winds , we need sunshine to purk us up. We get very few sunny days this time of year. Sometimes we can go over two weeks without one sunny day.
Valentines Day- The roads were very slippery and snow covered last night so Deb and i decided not to go out for supper . Lucky for us we have a supply of Lindt Chocolate and those Raffiel coconut balls with cream inside and Those really good Magnum nutty ice cream bars. So I was still able to satisfy Deb’s cravings , ha,ha. Deb really is my Valentine and after 40 years we still love being together everyday .
Today the roads are still slippery but the first nice day we get we’ll be going out for a nice Valentines Dinner.
E-mail and Virus – After getting 2 viruses in one week Deb wiped out my computer so no e-mail happening from this end to anyone. If you don’t get a e-mail back your not alone. I don’t have much patience with viruses.
Workshop – With all the snow and shoveling I am doing everyday the workshop is non productive.
