Waldon 5000 Articulating Loader Cab Project- Today I completed the top overhang tapered metal work and sealed the roof . I also built the first front windshield frame brackets. The design of the windshield is like the old Cat loaders . When the loader arms are raised all the way up the frame has to have enough clearance. Tomorrow I’ll work more on the framing for the windshield mounts.
Friday I will start on the door construction and should finish it on Sat. Monday I will do the body work and paint it and Tues. I will start installing the plexiglass windows. Won’t be nothing fancy but will be plenty of fun out of that cold wind. Plus i think it will have more of the big loader look with a cab. Figure one weeks work to get me out of the cold is going to be well worth it.
Also more fun for my little Buddy Terak playing in the snow with grandpa.
