Italian Acco Grader, Biggest Grader Ever Built with 33 foot blade

This picture of the Acco Grader Blade angled in as far is it goes to get it in the shed in Italy where it is. This view shows how I will build the blade circle and the a-frame . I can also see from this angle how I will build the blade tilt cylinders and weld the rear blade support rods and blade support structures. This morning I got the two engine block parts cut out and welded together. I am almost ready to bolt them in place to see how the engines will fit into the front and rear frames. Later this week I will go back and build the rest of the engines. This afternoon I will get busy working on the blade. I will post the first picture tomorrow of the partially built monster grader model. I still have a ways to go , but the hardest parts are done.
If you click on the ( misl. photos) section on my photo gallery, you will see I also just posted three more pictures of the Acco grader in the shed.
Sunny and in the upper 40’s today and tomorrow we are supposed to hit 50 degrees. Everyone is trying to enjoy the mild winter despite the fact that some business owners will go under this year because of it. Last winter we had a week of rain at this time and businesses lost much of that holiday tourist business.
Deb and I don’t have a lot, but we are fortunate we are not totally dependent on the snowplowing to pay our monthly expenses like many folks up here do. We have aways set funds aside in the fall just in case I did not have a good year of winter of snow plowing. My best plowing winters I would plow 40 times. So far this winter I have only plowed 7 times and with no cold air in sight til mid-Jan. , it looks like this will be the worst winter plowing since I began 16 years ago. Usually by now I would have plowed 20 times. If it keeps like this I will be lucky to plow 15 times the whole winter.
We will get some snow , but it will probably not stay long with these abnormal weather patterns.
So I will continue to spend my days in the shop doing what I love to do and I will continue to thank God for helping Deb and I make the right decisions in our lives.
You all know I struggle to be the perfect Christian and I struggle with my weight , but neither one gets me down. Each new day I am grateful for one more day with Deb and my family.
VIDEO CLIPS- With over 40 video clips now on my webpage, Deb and I will plug away at adding more . We really like them too and We still have a lot of cool ones to change over in the future. We have three we are working on this week.
