Today’s picture shows me heading out on my first road trip on the little jd 110 . After sitting for a year since i bought it it was pretty exciting to finally get to go cruising on it.
It was a little foggy or maybe that was smoky , ha,ha . The camera lady was standing by the open doors so she was getting fresh air. lol . Still got to tweak the carb a little . This is the same style round fender jd I first drove mowing the lawn every week on the farm when i was young. So it has special meaning to me to have one and it was great fun restoring it to look nice and shiny. I just had to put larger tires on it though because I am obsessed about big tires on little tractors, ha,ha.
Simplicity Landlord tractor carburetor – This week I’ll check into getting a different carb for Terak’s tractor . The bottom half of that carb is all stripped out and drilled out beyond repair.
GardenMark Gilson Wards Squire 8 – I should get the carb rebuild kit tomorrow and install that in the the 730 tractor.
Cub Cadet- Once i get these three running good I will probably pull the Cub Cadet inside the shop and make some wheel adapters and install larger tires on it . So that will be another fun project.
Ice Storm – Bad weather heading across our area tonight and we could wake up to lots of ice Monday morning .
