John Deere Landscape rake , scraper ? built by Gaylord resident Don Campbell.

Hanbuilt welding project – Todays picture shows another fun project I built a few years ago. I bought a old used set of spring teeth and I built a three point hitch frame to mount the teeth too, then I mounted a center cylinder to it and built sides and a short grading blade that raised or lowered with the sides. So I could just rake a area or I could lower the sides and center blade and move dirt around too. I also built some adjustable leveling wheels . I always enjoyed welding up projects for my lawn care business.
FIRST DAY BACK TO RUNNING – I went out this morning in 33 degree weather and got a good walk.run in after injuring my back a week ago. It felt good to hit the streets again.
DANCING WITH THE STARS- Tonight Deb and I look forward to watching the Dancing with the stars show that just started.
Hey Deb !, What’s for Supper ? – Cauliflower/ brocolli and musroom soup. (:>). Back to eating healthy again.
SHIPPING ICE IS CLEARED- Saturday 10 to 12 ships were backed up for over 20 hours with a ice jam in Port Huron . But after a full day and several ice breakers it was crunched up enough to get it all flowing down bound in the St. Clair River.
P&H 5700 Cable Excavator Progress- Today I worked more on the design for the slide beams and the pivot slide housings. I now have it all sketched out and several parts marked on steel and I just started cutting out the first parts this afternoon.
Have a great Monday !!!
