Otsego County Snowmobile Trails- Today shows a picture of me checking out this nice new shiny John Deere Trail Groomer set up.
RIMPULL COAL HAULER FENDERS- The rear fenders , the side tanks and the rear hitch is now on the truck model. Now I am working on the top railings then i will work on the front air cleaners and front detail. Tomorrow afternoon I should have the tractor portion of the twin trailer coal hauler roughed in and will post the first picture.
RUNNERS WORLD MAGAZINE – I am enjoying reading the articles in Runners World and picking up little bits and pieces of info. Today starts my third week of running 22 miles a week. It’s still hard to believe only 12 weeks ago I couldn’t run a block . I’m sure the 20 years of walking 25 miles a week did not hurt me. But not eating healthy did hurt me. Now the combination of 99% healthy food choices and running at a comfortable pace and no time limits really is knocking off the weight and inches . I’m positive in the next two weeks i will start losing more weight . The first 25 lbs. came off pretty fast and pretty easy. Now I feel my body tightening up and I am wearing clothes from 10 years ago. My real goal is to get back into my clothes from the 70’s , LOL. I actually think they may be in style again, ha,ha.
HEY DEB, WHATS FOR SUPPER ? Deb has a big shiny pot on the stove filled with all the good smells filling the house today from her homeade chili. Also the oven is bellowing out the great smell of fresh cornbread muffins. A perfect combination for this perfect fall day in Northern Michigan .
