Here is another angle of the finished model and I will post several more angles tomorrow This was another awesome Monster Coal Machine to build a one of a kind model of .
This is my last big shovel model . I still have over 50 machines I really like on a list in a drawer in my office and I still have over 300 tires and rims and I have hundreds of photos and dozens of pics of literature of old machines. So even though this is probably my last one of a kind big shovel someday I could sneak in a small dozer or dragline or wheel loader or grader from the 40’s, 50’s , 60’s .
The fact that my models are one of a kind makes them a little more special .
So as of today the model building is done and I am officially building 1/2 scale farm tractors and implements all winter. And I am so excited to think I get to actually drive these , ha,ha.
I will post several more pics of the finished model tomorrow .
