Mining equipment used parts- My goal this week was to get the boom, the stick, the revolving house and the bucket parts welded together . I still have to cut and reweld one corner of the revolving house behind the cab .
Next week I’ll work on the boom support frame section and the cylinder mounting brackets, the cylinders and the bucket dump linkages.
St. Ignace Car Show- next weekend is the annual St. Ignace Car show . Summer is here when the big car show is going on. Alpenfest is not far off either .
Lots of fireworks coming up for the Fourth of July too !!
Been a few hot days but then it cools off in the 60’s and 70’s so can’t complain about the weather .
Garden Tractor – My newest wheelhorse tractor I bought on Monday should get some different tires mounted on it this weekend.
Paycut – With summer here I am cutting back on my 7 days a week 12 hours a day working in the shop. We only have about 8 great weeks of summer and I just got to spend more time with Deb and let those 7 days a week 12 hour days slide until fall .
Otsego Lake State Park – Deb found my speedo and she found her little bikini , not sure what she is going to do with them ?? cause were sure not going to be wearing them , LOL .
