NATIONAL FARM TOY SHOW- Today is the day we always headed out for Dyersville, Iowa to the National Farm Toy Show. We would always drive to Appleton , Wisconsin the first day. I looked forward to going to Famous Daves, a barbecued rib place. I always took a slab of ribs to Dyersville and munched on them in the motorhome at mealtime. It will seem strange not to go this year. After 8 years in a row, it will seem different not seeing everyone and visiting with everyone at our table. Maybe next year I will have some toys to sell. I am keeping plenty busy working on this Loader. The rear section is starting to take shape as you can see in the above picture. Hope you all have fun at Dyersville. This Fri. is our 34th Wedding Anniversary and we are usually in Iowa on our Anniversary at the show. I’m thinking of taking Deb out to a area pig farm with some take-out food so we can try to imagine being in Iowa on our Anniversary. LOL!! The smell of pigs in Iowa always got a comment or two out of Deb. I can’t remember if the pig smell comments were positive or negative. ha,ha,ha. Happy Early Anniversary Deb!! See, I didn’t forget it again this year,LOL.
