Mackinaw Bridge Escort for the Campbell’s

High Winds – Todays picture shows Deb and I following the Mackinaw Bridge Authority Vehicle in our 28 foot Four Winns Motorhome as we felt the winds rocking our rig back and forth . With a couple 18 wheelers behind us the 15 foot seas below us we made it just fine. Now as we sit in our campsite waiting for the next Frieghter to pass by the winds are still whipping 30 to 40 miles per hour. Most of the rocking camper are from the winds , LOL
And it’s COLD up here on the Canadian border. Two nights ago we had the air conditioning going in the house and tonight the furnace will be kicking on for sure with wind chills right now in the 40’s. But it is all good and fun as we enjoy our second camping trip for this year.
Cat D-11R – I got the left thumb control mechanism built and most of the right joystick built.
