Gaylord Snowmobilers- Sixteen inches of snow now but it is warming up in the 40’s today and going to start raining and then turn back bitter cold so it sounds like a lot of fun , ha,ha.
I saw a couple snowmobilers but the conditions are not very good. Most of the snow was powder . Todays 4 inches of wet snow is good but the rain will take it all away.
1996 GMC Z-71 Shortbox original owner with 31,000 miles. Todays picture shows my 16 year old truck and plow still going . After letting the plow sit for 4 years I decided I better hook it up to see if it still works. The plow worked but the truck had no 4 wheel drive. So Three hours later I got the parts and I fixed it . The blade has only ten hours use and you can see the original Fisher decal still looks like new.
I fired up my mini wheel loader today and moved the heavy wet snow from the driveway out back to make a snowhill for Terak. This was the best the little loader has ever ran since I rebuilt the carb and built the new air cleaner assembly. For as small as it is it moves a lot of snow.
Going out for lunch today – Before the freezing rains hits I’m taking Deb out to lunch (:>)
