NOT A GOOD DAY AT THE ZOO, IT WAS A ZOO AND WE DIDN’T EVEN MAKE IT TO THE ZOO.
After 7 years of Nicole living in the D.C. area , driving like a wild women , switching lanes back and forth like crazy , flying by every other car on the road, she has never got a ticket, ha,ha. Â I told her many times that the lawman was going to get her, lol Â
We headed out early this morning for the city, we thought we would beat the tourists heading down to the Cherry Blossom Festival. We were WRONG !!. After three hours of sitting in traffic moving 1 mile every half hour , we decided to (bail ). We found a side road and got into another backup . Finally we got past the construction and made it out of that mess. We were in Tyson’s Corner and cruising near the mall and only two cars were in sight. Then we spotted the Motorcylce Cop looking bored sitting on the edge of the road. . He raised his hand and waved Nicole over to the shoulder.
Surprisingly Nicole was not speeding , he stopped her because she had no front license plate. He asked her why she did not have a front plate. She said she did not like how it would make the front of her car look. She said she liked the smooth lines of the front of the car and a nasty plate would not look right.
Evidently that was not the right answer as he proceded to go back to his motorcycle and wrote Nicole a Ticket.
He came back with the ticket and gave it to Nicole and told her if she put on a front plate , they would wave the ticket, but if she still didn’t want to put on a front plate, she could just pay the ticket . Nicole thinks she is going to have Bill drill holes and put the ugly front plate on her cute little red sporty S-4 Audie, ha,ha.
