Number one Barbecued Ribs

Here is the picture I have had on my afterdark on my computer all week. Everytime I sit down to the computer, I want to go get some of these great looking ribs. I like them with a little crunch on the outside, tender, but not mushy, and a good medium sauce.
I hope to stop on our trip to Texas at a few rib places and try a few different ones.
“Did I ever mention I really love barbecued ribs”, ha,ha.
EIGHT INCHES OF SNOW THIS MORNING- I was up early and off plowing. We got a nice little storm of eight inches. There were a lot of spots with 10 to 12 , but I figure 8 inches on the level. It was heavy , wet snow and you could tell you were plowing something compared to the lake effect fluffy type snow. My Erskine 84″snowblower got a good workout and my repairs held up and it worked like new again.
PLAYING HOOKY TODAY – With all the schools closed , all of Deb’s daycare kids stayed home . So Deb got the day off and I decided to take the rest of the day off too and I am getting ready now to take her out for lunch .
Komatsu 575A Super Dozer Model Progress- I got 3/4 of the track pads cut, bent and drilled and the grousers are all cut to length.
Mon. I will get the track parts done and should have the tracks on the track frames.
Have a nice Friday
