More Morels – This afternoon Deb and i drove to Boyne City to the mushroom festival and had a fun time. On our way home we stopped and picked up some more fresh Morel Mushrooms.
Except now we will deep fry this batch and flash freeze them and save some for Nicole . Deb and Bill don’t really care for them that much . Deb would rather have chocolate and Bill would rather eat a dead deer or a wild pig or something , ha,ha. But every spring it is still exciting frying up a couple batches of freshly picked dark Morels.
Cat Dozer- Yesterday I took the day off for my birthday but I did work until 3:00 this afternoon. I am still working on the top brackets that will hold the lift cylinders. I am working on the curved slots the horizontal shafts will sit in to pivot. I’ll post a picture of them tomorrow.
