Running in Gaylord Dec. 26th – Todays picture shows Deb, Nicole and me up early and out running at the indoor Hockey rink in Gaylord. We have now had three full weeks of icy roads and no running outside . So it felt good to run a 5K even if it was around and around and around and around, etc, ect, you get the idea, ha,ha.
We are trying not to let the winter weather get the best of us and we are trying to continue to keep running .
We had another fun day with Nicole and Bil yesterday .
We still plan to do a little snowshoeing soon and a video .
Still got to get the Waldon out too.
Snowmobile conditions in Gaylord not good. We do have snow but everything has a layer of hard ice on top from the day of pouring rain then refreezing.

P&h 5700LR ( BIG DON ) – After the Cat 797F Monster haul truck model I will build a 1/12th scale model of a P&H 5700LR , nicknamed ( BIG DON )
Actually there are different versions of the P&H 5700 . It is a real monster !! much larger than the last few shovels I built.
I’m not sure what version or what paint colors I will do yet, but it will be the second largest model I have ever built so far. The Silver Spade was the largest.
I can’t find much info on the interent about the 5700 , does anyone have any links to photos, drawings, video, ? to help me build the model. Any help would be appreciated.
