Letourneau – Deb and I stayed close to home today and I worked in the shop on my first model project after a year and a half break from toy building. It actually seemed great !! I got the two frame sections cut out and tack welded and I got the axles and wheels on each section.
Tomorrow I will work on the parts for the articulating hinges to connect both frame parts together.
Nicole has been busy scaling up more projects for me so i want to thank her too .
I have four projects scaled up and ready to go now. I love the dozers so I still have to get a Fiat-Allis 41-B scaled up and a Cat D-8 so those will also be two upcoming winter projects. And my first crane is scaled up and the 8 wheeled Melroe monster rubber tired dozer is scaled up. Also have a 6 wheel off road articulating truck scaled up.
I want to do a cool lube truck too . So I guess you could say I am really going to go to town getting back into model building, ha,ha.
