Ski-Doo gear for sale – I wore these clothes only a few times. I usually had my carharts on and just went for short rides.
Only wore the boots five times . And the helmet did not have a single scratch on it.
We posted this photo on Craiglist yesterday about noon and 2 hours later a couple from Traverse City were on their way to look at.
A second caller was very interested and wanted to be second on the list. The first people showed up and bought the whole set . Once again I put Black Friday prices on it to get it out of here. So now I am officially not a snowmobiler anymore.
I guess i never really was compared to people who put thousands of miles on their sled. I had my sled for about 6 years or so and i put 800 miles total on the sled. That reminds me of a Corvette we bought one time. We bought it brand new and had it for three years and when we sold it it only had 800 miles on it. So that is funny both of those toys I put 800 miles on.
Rain and fog for Gaylord- 50 degrees here today and lots of rain overnight melted much of our snow. But cold weather is heading our way tomorrow.
Steaks on the Grill – We are taking advantage of the almost hot weather at 50 degrees and cooking a couple thick porterhouse steaks on the grill today. yum !!
Funerals – Funny how when someone passes away and certain family members get things and others don’t .
My real dad told my sister not to give anything to me or my brother . Just my sisters. My brother and I were good kids, hard workers , great parents and great grandparents. My brother and I told my real dad ( NO ) a couple times after we grew up and that was all it took. He had no use for us the rest of his life.
Deb’s mom was the same, Deb told her mom ( NO ) a couple times and her mom disowned her too. Parents who think they are always in charge of their kids lives are wrong. Happy to say Deb and I broke that mold and have a great marriage of 40 years and Nicole can tell us no as much as she wants and she can chew us out and and tell us were poor parents and we will never stop loving her and disown her. She is stuck with us whether she likes it or not , ha,ha.
I thank God for this one more day with Deb .
