Runners world- Deb and I were up running this morning on the treadmill and feeling great !! Daily exercise and healthy breakfast really makes a difference in a persons attitude . We feel so good when we are done.
COLD WEATHER EXPERIMENT WITH DEB- With the bitter cold temps outside this morning I decided it would be a good day to try a experiment with Deb . She was a little hesitant as I asked her to step in the garage with nothing on but a smile but she did participate in the experiment. It was a big success but i can’t give any other details , ha,ha. But it was very funny (:>) and we both laughed about it .
