Steiner Welding Project- Today I will fire up my Lincoln Welder in my shop and weld two cracks in the back of the blade mounting frame. Should be a fun little job. Today I pulled the jd 4020 out of the shop and pulled the Steiner in for the very first time. It fits perfect. It’s hard to believe I have four garden tractors in my tiny workshop everyday. It’s hard for other people to believe what I can create in this little shop the size of a one and a half size garage.
Steiner front scoop bucket dumper- This afternoon I’ll pull the Steniner back out back and pull the blade off and hook up to the front hydraulic dumper scooper attachment for the first time. It looks very handy for lifting small heavy items around
and light landscaping dirt work.
6inches of Snow in the Forecast- The weatherman is saying snow for the weekend so I got to get this new rig ready to go. I will paint the front of the blade tomorrow and paint the front of the dumper bucket tomorrow too.
The tractor was never used in the winter so it has no salt corrosion on it anywhere. They mainly mowed grass with it and did a little landscaping with it around their house .
Yesterday I changed the oil and oil filter in the engine, installed two new fuel filters and filled the tank with new gas and put two new spark plugs in it. Also cleaned the air filters until I get new ones.
I have over twenty projects I am working so i better get going , ha,ha.
Have a great Thurs.
