GP-40 Cab Interior – Todays picture show me holding one of two seats that I made for the inside of the locomotive cab. I am now working on the main control panel . I have a lot of work to do inside the cab to make it look more realistic . I still have to cut the floor opening for the stairs that lead down to the spacious bathroom , The rear wall gets several panels , sun visors above . It should look very cool looking through the side windows when completed.
Cabbage Soup and homeade chunky salsa on ten baked scoops and a half a cup of veggies for lunch today . We put away the deep fryer til spring when the morel mushroom season hits. YUM !
Gaylord Snowmobile Trails 2011 POOR CONDITIONS- I saw one snowmobile track on the trail this morning and it looked like he was riding on gravel. The lake effect snow is worthless for a snowbase for snowmobiles when last week it was bare gravel and dirt. We do have several more inches of lake effect snow for the next few days but it won’t help the snowmobilers . We need a foot of wet system snow that packs down for a good base. These powerful sleds like mine with studs in the tracks chew up the trails . I still have not fired up my ski-doo yet this winter .
