Tractor pulling – Todays picture shows me starting my grandsons first tractor . I thought about the jd 110 being his first tractor but that is pretty plain looking and it would just be more cute pictures of cute little boys driving average looking garden tractors , ha, ha. So i thought it would be cooler to see my grandson driving around in our backyard on a cool custom looking tractor with cool wheels and a cool exhaust stack (:>) I think even Teraks daddy will have fun driving it around too. I am working on designing and mounting the right side fender and right side running board. I still have a lot left to do on the jd 4020 project but it is far enough along I can still make a few parts for it too . It bothered me seeing these two garden tractors sitting in the backyard for months and the neighbors would think I am a hoarder, ha,ha. Now I am happy all the tractors are inside . I need to order four more front tires for these two tractors . I am still very excited to be working on these four garden tractors as it has been on my ( want to do ) list for many years. I even have plans to put Teraks name on the side panels of his tractor. We were wondering if Terak would be a fancy lad type city boy with no interest in tractors. But he absolutely loves tractors !!!
33 degrees again tonight and not good mushroom growing weather . Boyne city Mushroom festival this weekend and we will see then how many people will be seeling them.
