DAY ONE DIET PLAN # 89 – Today Deb and I hopped on the treadmill and started back to eating healthy again for the 89th time . I think that is what they mean when they say yo,yo dieting , tee, hee.
We had the most fun last year eating at our favorite places and we had the best time over the Holidays with Nicole , Bill and Terak. . We have no regrets and were not depressed or upset today that we have to get back on track.
Besides if we end up going to Bushnell, Florida for a few weeks and we get the boat out I have to lose about 5 lbs, ha,ha, ha,ha,
I did the math and I only gained a 1/4 of a lb. Well I was figuring a 1/4 lb each year for the last 40 years, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha.
I have not gone past the point of no return yet. It takes me 8 weeks to get rid of my big belly and then Deb is all over me
again . LOLH

GreenBay Packers- Great to see the team back together again last Sunday .
Toy Building – I am heading out to the shop today to paint the interior of the Letourneau Wheel Dozer cab and paint the lights and finally get that model assembled.
I also plan this afternoon to take the Cat offroad truck back out to the shop and start working on it again. Then I can get going on the Grove Crane , the 8 wheel Melroe Dozer and the Fiat-Allis 41-B Dozer projects.
Sub zero Temps – We got one day in the low 30’s this week and then back to below zero temps all next week again , brrrr
Nicole , Bill and Terak headed home and we had the best time with Terak now at the age where he teases Deb and I . He is a funny little boy and we laughed so much around him.
