Liberty of The Sea Cruise Ship made in Finland-
Deb and I cruised the Great Lakes on board the largest Ship on the lakes for a week . It was awesome. Nicole and Bill have been on a couple cruises so far and plan a couple more this year. They are going to Alaska on one of this years trips. Deb was looking up cruise ships and gave me this picture and thought maybe we could go on a real cruise ship someday . Nicole wanted us to go with them, we’re thinking about it?
SUNDAY MESSAGE- As a young boy I always loved drawing , I used to get in trouble for drawing dumptrucks in grade school . I never wanted to do my school work, it was too boring. I just wanted to draw all the time.
In High School I loved art class and loved painting on canvas. I also looked forward to metal shop and Mechanical Drawing class. But I never thought metal shop was like art class. I sometimes wished I had taken some art classes in college and maybe I would have been good at drawing or painting .
I know my model building and metal working is still the little boy in me that loved drawing trucks everyday in school . These days I just put down the pencil and paint brush and picked up the welder to make my creations.
I get a lot of E-mails every year from people telling me I am a very talented artist. But it is hard for me to think that. I just love working with metal and feel very blessed to have such a wonderful hobby.
I don’t think I will ever think I am a artist, I’m just grateful God gave me a gift to extend my imagination . I’m just a regular guy .
God must have known someday that this little boy would grow up and send the message of God and his son Jesus around the world . He knew I did not have to be in church on Sunday to talk about him. I think this webpage and me sharing little Christian messages is even greater than sharing my toy building hobby. The messages also help me and remind me to continue to live a good, honest life , and try to share positive messages.
