Liebherr R9800 Bucket Teeth – Todays picture shows me checking out the new look of the bucket now that it has teeth mounted to it. I had to make sure the teeth were really solid as it could be displayed with the bucket and the full weight of the boom on the front front teeth. So they are really welded in place well. I have also welded on the first 24 steel hydraulic lines in this picture and cut out the first 16 hose couplers. It is hard to see, But I have also drilled the first 50 holes in several harness brackets that will support all the hoses.
I am working on the lower car body that connects both track frames.
THIRD TRIP TO MEIJERS- Last night we officially got groceries for the first time at the new store. And today we went and broused around the harware and electronics and garden center . The place was packed !! We even saw several cars plates from Canada.
So we are slowly finding out where things are. They do not have the brand of milk we like so we stopped at the old Glens Store and it was dead as could be. Now the Gaylord Glens Supermarket seems like a great party Store !! to stop in for a wuick gallon of milk and a loaf of bread and real butter, ha,ha.
RAINY SATURDAY , PERFECT FOR MUSHROOMS – Today it was 50 degrees when we got up and it has rained most of the day . The grass is starting to get green . But better yet, it is getting close to getting some Morel Mushrooms. We will make the call today to our friend , he always tells us when the first Morels start popping up in the woods. UMM !!
We already got a gallon of Crisco Oil and a couple boxes of crackers for breading and frying them (:>).
HAVE A GREAT SATURDAY !!!
