Next week I will get them all painted.
5K RUN AGAIN TODAY – This morning I got up and I decided to run my third 5K run in less than a week. It went well and I felt good when I was finished. My knees are feeling good now Losing 19 lbs. really makes a big difference. I got 21 more lbs. to lose so I got a great start in 6 weeks.
