Hitachi EX-8000 Bucket Teeth – Todays picture shows more progress on the bucket construction . You can see the parts for the teeth are welded in place and I am working on the tips now. By tomorrow night I should have the boom , stick and bucket attached to the main frame and i’ll post that picture next. I should get everything done this weekend so I can begin on the final stage of the model on Monday . That is the tracks and track frames and lower pivot frame support structure.
RUNNING AND SLIDING ON THE ICE THIS MORNING- I headed out the door this morning to run and I saw it looked a little slippery but i decided to keep going. But after about just 10 blocks it was even worse so I decided to turn around and when I met up with Deb we just walked the last couple blocks to home . But at least we did try.
SNOW IN THE FORECAST- The weatherman is saying Northern Michigan could get 5 or 6 inches of snow in the next couple days. So maybe I’ll get to fire up the John Deere and play in the snow and get to play on the Waldon Loaders too. (:>).
Hey Deb !!, What’s for Supper ?? – Fish and chips , yum !! Once every couple months that just sounds so good to me.
THE BIGGEST LOSER – We watched the Biggest loser Marathon last night and we give those people so much credit for working so hard to lose all that weight. But legaly the charts still consider them obese. After running for the last 78 days I now can relate to runners a little better. But sorry to say , none of those four people could possibly run a marathon. The producers made it look like they did , but there is nop way they could even run a half marathon. We read that last years marathon was fixed too and they rode in the van several times several miles. But they are under contract and have to do what the producers tell them. It is amazing though they did so well losing all that weight .
Have a nice Wed. !!!!!!!!
