Sanding and Priming Hitachi Parts- Todays picture shows the model now tore down and I am doing the final sanding and body work.
Tomorrow I will begin priming them.
1ST 5K RUN ON THE TREADMILL TODAY – I have been running walking now for a couple weeks on the treadmill a 5k . But today was the first day I have ran the whole 5K on the treadmill without walking it. Then tonight Deb and I went and walked and ran for 45 more minutes at the Gaylord Otsego County Sportsplex. This is the time of year it is so easy to start gaining weight so we got to be extra careful and get extra exercide in.
Hey Deb !, What’s For Supper ? Deb made pancakes and bacon tonight for supper , yum ! I only had three strips of bacon so I didn’t over do it.
ONE DEGREES – This morning was our coldest morning so far this winter with just one degrees, brrr.
THE HOLIDAYS – Be sure to give your loved ones a extra hug and be sure to tell them you love them. We all assume they know it, but it only takes a few seconds to do it and it lasts a lifetime. My dad died last year around Christmas and he never told us kids our whole lives even once he loved us so be sure to do that this Chirstmas as I know that is what Jesus would do .
