Summertime in Northern Michigan , Kid Rock – As the song says from Kid Rock , Summertime in Northern Michigan and it’s been a Great Summer so far and next on our list is the Buckley Steam Engine Show 2010 south of Traverse City. We will be looking for the unique things we never saw before.

Today’s picture shows a very cool custom built IH pulling tractor .
Gaylord , Michigan – Deb and I are back to Gaylord this morning and have already been out running . I did a strong 5K this morning and Deb did over two miles of running so we know we didn’t eat too much junk food after all, ha,ha.
Great Lakes Freighter Coal Hauler – Today I will pull the Great Lakes Freighter Model out of dry dock and put it up on my bench for the first time in over two years. It’s time to finish this fun model I started long ago. I am excited to see it done in the next couple weeks.
