Here is a picture Nicole took of Bill and I checking out this gun at the Annapolis at the Naval Academy .
Some fathers and their son- in -laws don’t get a long very well , but I am proud to say I could not have a better son-in-law . He is so nice to Deb and I , but more than that, he is so good to Nicole.
The only negative thing I can say about Bill is that sometimes he puts his foot down on Nicole’s spending and tells her she is at her limit for the month. And that is a GOOD thing, LOL.

BROWN SNOWSTORM- Our eight inch snowstorm was a nice one, but the weatherman said they got several reports from around Northern Michigigan of brown snow. They figured with the south west wind from Chicago , the poluted industrial air must have been the reason.
NEW MILWAUKEE Hand Held Band Saw- Yesterday Deb and I did a little shopping around town. We got her a new microwave and we got me a new Milwaukee Hand Held Bandsaw. The one I use everyday is 24 years old and I use it a lot. It is still working , but it is getting a little tired and I know it’s getting close to retiring it.
TWO NEW DREMEL TOOLS- I have three Dremels in my workshop I use a lot everyday and one of them quit on me a month ago and another one of them quit on me this week. Lucky for me Santa brought me two of them for Christmas. I’m sure it is the brushes and they could probably be fixed. But for now I will set them on the shelf and use the new ones.
NEW CRAFTSMAN SOCKETS- I bought two sets of 1/2 ” sockets yesterday, one for my truck tool box and one for my shop toolbox. Sears had a couple nice little sets in a small carrying case so I decided to buy some.
MILWAUKEE HAND HELD GRINDER- I also recently bought a new Milwaukee Hand held grinder- I also use them a lot , I now have three of them. One has a grinding wheel, one has a coarse sanding disc and one has a medium sanding disc. I think I need a fourth one with a cutting wheel on it.
The bad thing about snowdays and weekends is they are a lot of fun , but it is easy to spend money too, ha,ha.
TWO INCHES OF SNOW OVERNIGHT- There wasn’t enough snow this morning to go plow but we got a start for the next plowing. It has been lightly snowing all morning.
Deb and I will goof off again today , I think Deb wants a new dishwasher.
