Cat Rubber Tired Dozer Video – Today’s video clip shows me playing in the backyard with 5 inches of fresh fallen snow.

Many years ago I got to operate a Michigan Rubber Tired Dozer for a couple days and it was great fun. I see a local construction company has a big Cat rubber tired dozer and it always reminds me of those days. It is rare I actually plow snow with this rubber tired articulating Dozer so I thought it would be fun to play out back today .
The old machine runs great but the hydraulic pump needs rebuilt. It jumps quite a bit with possible air in the lines. But it is still fun . I will have to look into a price for a rebuild for it. With a bucket on front and a rebuilt pump this thing would move a lot of snow for sure.
CHESSIE TRAIN – I got the cab interior painted and started painting the seats and the control panel. If all goes well it could be completely done by next weekend . Then I will get busy building the section of track it will sit on.
No Bake Cookies- Deb made a batch of no bake cookies today yum , yum
Gaylord Snowmobiling – I decided to fire up the Ski-Doo Rev and go for a ride out in the field this afternoon and the snow was very deep and fluffy but it was fun .
Brett Favre – Dancing with the Stars ? It’s not looking good for Favre to be dancing with the stars , (:<)
Weightwatchers , biking , running – Cabin fever in Northern Michigan starts about now , three months now without seeing the grass and very little sunshine and many fatalities on snowmobiles, cars . A snowmobiler crashed into the snowmobile groomer yesterday and a 9 year old and his dad were air lifted to a downstate hospital hospital in critical condition.
About six more weeks and I will be back running again and shedding the 20 lb weight gain I always put on during the 6 months of winter.
