Fall Crop Harvest – Even as a small boy I remember spotting the monster 4 wheel drive articulating tractors in the fields in our area. I have always loved these tractors . It didn’t even matter if it was a Stieger or a Case -IH or a Versatile or a John Deere . I just love seeing all the tires on them and the size of them. So it is no surprise I still enjoy seeing them at the dealerships . Deb took this picture of me at Mason, Michigan at the D&G Dealership south of Lansing . We stopped to take a break on our way home from D.C. and to pick up a few filters and some oil. But mostly to see all the tractors, ha,ha. I did get to drive one of these for a couple years on the farm and I did get to play on one a couple years ago pulling a scraper and that was awesome !! So todays picture confirms i still love seeing these big tractors and always will regardless of the colors, ha,ha. Just glad it was green though, LOL.
To-Do List – I got the battery cleaned and the battery box sanded and repainted on the 5400 yesterday and repaired and painted the back step and replaced the entry door footsill on the side garage door and painted it , cleaned some of the back shed and did some other painting out back. The list is down to 3/4 of a page now, yippee !!
